What is the deadline for application to the excess insurance program?

Although new business applications can be accepted at any time, the deadline for renewals is June 15. 

How do I apply for excess insurance?

To apply for excess insurance offered by CLIA, download the 2010-2011 Excess Insurance Application, or the 2010-2011 Renewal Application Form for Excess Insurance.

Complete and return the application to:

Trust protection indemnification policy

Trust protection coverage is available in the event that a claimant is to be reimbursed for losses related to the theft of money or property by a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.

How much coverage is provided by the trust protection indemnification?

$100,000 per occurrence for the group deductible, and $500,000 in the aggregate for the policy period (July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2011).
