If you wish to access and use this Website (the "Site"), you must accept and agree to be bound by, and comply with, these terms of use (the "Terms"). You hereby consent and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Nova Scotia in any action or proceeding instituted under or related to this Agreement or your use of the Site.
