Become a Mentor or Mentee with LIANS

Looking for opportunities to network, gain knowledge about practice management issues, and receive support from the Risk and Practice Management program? Consider joining the Mentorship Program!

The Mentorship Program offers the following advantages and opportunities:

  • a roster of mentors, each with a minimum of nine years of experience;
  • an annual event where you can meet possible matches and learn more about the program;
  • matching based on the areas of interest and criteria identified by both Mentor and Mentee; and
  • a mentorship plan created by you and your match, to identify your areas of focus and goals for the upcoming year.

Also, acting as a mentor/mentee can count as eligible CPD for up to a maximum of two hours. The focus of the mentoring relationship will determine in which of the three defined areas of CPD you count those hours.

If you are interested in participating in the Mentorship Program, please visit the LIANS website at: http://www.lians.ca/rpm/mentorship_program/
